New York City is such a vibrant and diverse place, buzzing with energy and people from all walks of life! If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere! Growing up in the Bronx showed me how to bounce back from tough times, how valuable community is, and how to go after what you want with everything you’ve got. Being born in Honduras has really shaped my understanding of the challenges of coming to this country with nothing, and it makes me appreciate this journey even more!
As a woman serving as a 1SG in the army, I’ve come to appreciate the power in both strength and vulnerability. Whether I’m leading troops or managing the beautiful madness that comes with family life (hi, kids!), my mission is to uplift and empower. That’s where my passion for health and wellness comes in.
